Online, live, small study-group lessons, (Summer/Easter/Half-term), with a maximum of 8 students per group. This course will run from Monday to Friday.
In preparation for the December Mock Exams, here is a Masterclass that gives you the advantage of clarity and understanding of the contexts, writers perspectives, themes, and a step by step approach to learning these texts.
This takes away the pressure from the Autumn term’s mad rush to learn everything in 2 ½ months, for the all-important Mocks in November/December.

What is the Phoenix Youth Leadership Training?
The Phoenix Youth Leadership Training Course is an accredited Skills Training Course, that forms part of a three-tiered structured programme. It provides young people with a life-changing experience, and empowers and supports them as they learn new skills, to overcome obstacles, build confidence and resilience
Understanding the Programme Levels
There are three progressive levels to the Phoenix Youth Leadership Training Program.
- Bronze Award (which has 2 levels)
- Silver Award
- Gold Award
- An Accredited Certificate of Completion is given on completion of each stage.
- Training is available to all young people,13 to 17 years of age.
Each level involves leadership training, taking part in a volunteering/helping activity in the community, Goal-setting and implementing, developing new skills, planning and making a presentation. For Gold level only, it involves combining theory with practice, such as attending team-building retreats, working on a project, and Public Speaking, to be completed and verified by Assessors.

The main aim of the Phoenix Youth Leadership Training Course is to:

- Give teens an opportunity to have fun with friends, whilst learning new interests.

- The Phoenix Youth Leadership Training Course is a respectable mark of achievement. As an Accredited course, it is designed to help young people develop leadership skills, in preparation for leading roles in their personal lives, local communities/countries.
- From a practical point of view, our structured Youth Leadership Course is designed to combine theoretical knowledge with practice, ensuring students not only learn about leadership, but also practice and reflect on their skills throughout the duration of the course, in order to implement them in their futures.
