STEP 1

Important Terms & Conditions

We welcome all students to Phoenix Community College and its various services.  Our aim is to help each and every student to achieve his/her full potential, so a lot of work goes into preparing for lessons, as well as the in-class experience and the marking and feedback of work that is set.  Therefore, what we are offering you is a long-term service to take you to your set goals.  Our conditions of service is simple:

If you leave us after the first month, we ask you to provide 2 months’ notice by email.

PAYMENT: 

  1. Your first payment for tuition can be made by Debit or Credit Cards, before tuition begins.
  2. After the first payment, all tuition fees must be paid by Direct Debit only
  3. Payments will be made every 28 days.
  4. You can also pay your tuition fees on our website. However, PLEASE NOTE If you are not paying by direct debit, there will be a small fee for each non-direct payment made.

STEP 2

Your Application Form

To study with us, all applicants must fill in the Application Form, with accurate details, and emergency contact details.  All information provided will NEVER be shared, as we remain compliant with the Data Protection and GDPR regulations.

STEP 3

Your Assessment

Your first lesion will operate as an assessment.  There is no need to make special preparation for this, but it will help us decide what level you are at, and how best we can  support you  at Phoenix.

The Application Process

Application Form

Start by completing an application form for each child. A non-refundable Application Fee of £50) will be charged at this step (see our fees page for more details).

Acceptance Stage

The application form is processed by our Admissions Team. This can take 2-3 working days. Once accepted, the payment method that you used at signup will be automatically charged for the Academic Deposit. (Please inform us immediately after enrolling if you wish to pay the Academic Deposit by an alternative method from the one you signed up with).

The Parent Portal

The parent or guardian will receive an email with instructions on how to log into the Phoenix Parent Portal. Here, you can see all the students you have enrolled as well as payments made. You will then need to upload a number of documents such as a copy of the student’s ID (e.g. passport, birth certificate) and proof of address, etc. Once the student has started classes, you will also have access to their lesson slides, homework, assignments, quizzes, grades, etc.

The Student Portal

Once the Academic Deposit has been paid, the student can log into their Phoenix Student Account and start the Student Induction Process. Here they will see induction videos which will show the student how to view their timetable, attend live classes online, navigate through the online school and submit homework, etc.

Start School!

The student can log into the Phoenix Student Portal and view their timetable. This can take between 2-3 working days if you register during a school term. If you register in the holidays, the timetable will be updated closer to the start of the new term.
